Intake

On the basis of an intake at the company, an accurate profile is developed, containing a blueprint of the organization, the position and the candidate.

The procedure is basically comprising a first selection based on resumes (cv's) and for those candidates who got through, followed by a meeting, several interviews at the company (sometimes including assessment) and evaluation.

Rate

Agreements and contracts take place in discussion, after consultation and mutual arrangement, often based on retained, or no cure no pay (no cure less pay) agreements. On all business services, our terms and conditions are valid. Also we offer a special action, in particular when we are going to work together with a new company, for attractive conditions.
